In the RB (Ribbon Bar) version of n4ce, you now have the option to customize the quick access toolbar. This can be especially useful for your commonly used tools such as query point or line.
Customising the Toolbar
To customise the toolbar first open a new project and open either a Model or a Cad Model depending on which toolbar you would like to customise. Select the downwards arrow and this a drop-down window will appear.
Save: This is a quick option to add and remove the save button from the quick access toolbar.
Print: This is a quick option to add and remove the print button from the quick access toolbar.
More Commands: This is where we can access the window to add specific buttons.
Show Above the Ribbon: Moves the quick access Toolbar above the Ribbon bar.
Minimize the Ribbon: Shown in the images below.
The Vertical white lines are separators which allow you to categorize different tool groups. The image above shows Query > Lines > DTM editing.
Once More Commands has been selected a new window will appear. Here we can first choose the category we would like to find the command in:
All of the commands for that category will now appear in the list, select add or double click on the name to select it. You will now see the tool in the quick access toolbar.
