AiC's Order Process - n4ce Software Purchase

When wishing to purchase AiC's n4ce Software, the following process will be adhered to.

A quotation will be supplied, detailing the requested software prices and any other relevant information. See Also AiC Quotations.

Once the final price of the required software has been accepted, an order number, invoice reference or email of intent to purchase will be requested. AiC can not complete an order without one of the above.

When the order number, invoice reference or email has been received, a 45-day temporary software licence will be issued for use (if applicable), until full payment has been received.

Please note: The duration of the temporary licence may vary depending on circumstances.

Our invoice will be sent by email and will contain the details for payment by BACS. Alternatively, the orange Pay Now button to the bottom right of the invoice can be used, which is a link to process online card payments. Card payments are no longer accepted over the telephone.

Upon receipt of payment, the full n4ce licence will be issued. If a cloud licence or software licence has been ordered, then an email will be sent, containing instructions and the activation key(s) for the new licence(s).  In the case of Annual Renewable software licences, the email will contain an extension file that is required to extend the licence to its full term. If a Cloud Licence has been ordered, the cloud licence will be issued in full from the outset. If payment is not received, access to the cloud licence will be revoked.

If a USB Dongle has been ordered, this will be prepared and dispatched via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service. An email will be sent to the purchaser, to confirm the USB dongle's dispatch and details of its arrival date and approximate time. Special delivery Packages will need signing for.

In summary:

1. AiC supply Quotation / Price agreed
2. Requester to provide Order Number, Invoice Reference or Email of intent to purchase
3. AiC issues a 45-day temporary software Licence (if applicable)
4. AiC issues invoice for payment
5. Once payment received, new n4ce licence(s) will be issued /Dispatched
