AiC offers different Training Courses to suit your needs. Monthly Courses are held at the AiC office, which includes n4ce Beginners, n4ce Intermediate and n4ce Point Cloud Engine. Bespoke n4ce Training is also offered, and can be completed on a 1-2-1 basis, for multiple candidates or onsite if necessary.
Training courses held at the AiC Office are inclusive of refreshments, lunch and course materials. Where appropriate, certification will be provided to the successful candidates.
When wishing to book and attend AiC's Training Courses, the following process will be adhered to.

To make a booking, simply complete the details in the Booking Form on the right-hand side of the page, and a member of staff will contact you to confirm the details.

The Booking Form, as shown above, will be emailed to the Training requester for completion. This must then be returned to AiC for processing.
An invoice to cover the cost of the booked training course(s) will then be issued. Payment is required prior to the Training date(s). Our invoice will be sent by email and will contain the details for payment by BACS. Alternatively, the orange Pay Now button to the bottom right of the invoice can be used, which is a link to process online card payments. Card payments are no longer accepted over the telephone.
An email will be sent to all course attendees approximately 10-days prior to the training, which will contain all the necessary information required to successfully join and complete the training course(s).
1-2-1 / Multiple Candidate, Bespoke n4ce Training Courses - AiC Office
If a more tailored n4ce training course is required, AiC can accommodate you. Simply contact AiC using any of the methods detailed above, with the following information:
- Number of candidates that require Training
- A list of topics required to be covered during the training, or a general outline as a minimum
- Details of any preferred dates
Once a date has been confirmed, an invoice to cover the cost of the booked training course(s) will then be issued. Payment is required prior to the Training date(s). n4ce Training - Onsite
If an Onsite n4ce training course is required, AiC can visit your designated location to complete this. Simply contact AiC using any of the methods detailed above, with the following information:
- The number of candidates that require Training and how many days of training is required.
- A list of topics required to be covered during the training, or a general outline as a minimum
- The full postal address of the Training location
- Confirmation if a suitable meeting room is available with Overhead Projector/TV
- Confirmation if all candidates have a laptop/PC to complete the training
- Details of any preferred dates
- Name, email address and telephone number of onsite contact (If not the requester)
A quote will be forwarded to the requester, inclusive of the training costs and any expenses (Travel, Mileage, accommodation etc.). See also AiC Quotations.
Once the quote has been accepted and a date has been confirmed, an invoice to cover the cost of the booked training course(s) will then be issued. Payment is required prior to the Training date(s). Our invoice will be sent by email and will contain the details for payment by BACS. Alternatively, the orange Pay Now button to the bottom right of the invoice can be used, which is a link to process online card payments. Card payments are no longer accepted over the telephone.
AiC will supply the Training manuals unless air travel is required. In that instance, they will be forwarded by email to the requester for distribution. Training laptops, overhead projector, training n4ce USB dongles and certification, will also be supplied by AiC where necessary and able to do so.
* Please note, there is a daily hire charge for the Training laptops.
n4ce Training Course Booking Terms & Conditions
Please be aware that your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received.
If You Are Unable to Attend the Date Booked
Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a training course on the date booked and we will transfer your booking to the next available course.
Transfers that are requested 15 working days or more before a course date are not subject to an additional charge. An administration fee of £25 + Vat will apply to bookings that need to be transferred within 14 working days of the course date.
Delegates who fail to attend on the day without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to transfer a booking. Please see below for refund timescales.
If You Wish to Cancel Your Booking
In the event of a cancellation, the following applies:
1 calendar month or more before the course date |

No refund |
An administration fee of £25 + Vat applies to all cancellations.
Our Right to Cancel
Applications in Cadd Ltd reserve the right to cancel any training course if it becomes necessary to do so. In the unlikely event of this happening, you will be contacted straight away and advised of alternative dates.
Applications in Cadd Ltd shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the customer as a result of Applications in Cadd Ltd cancelling a course. If you decide to withdraw your booking a full refund will be made in this instance.
