AiC's Order Process - Training Courses

• Online Training Sessions have a maximum time length of 2 hours.
• If more than one 2-hour session is required, additional sessions can be booked on the same day with a break in between, or on separate days if preferred.
• Your own data is used during the training so it will be familiar to you.
• Each session will be recorded and the resulting video(s) will be emailed to all trainees for future reference.
• The training sessions can be accessed by multiple people, from any device connected to the internet.
• The cost per 2-hour training session is £200.00 + VAT

The training format is  “Watch & Learn” and questions can be asked at any time. We do not expect trainees to follow along in n4ce at the same time, this can be done at a later stage by referring to the n4ce training video recording(s).

To make a booking online, simply complete the details in the Booking Form on the right-hand side of the Training web page, and a member of staff will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.

ⁿ4ce Training Course Booking Terms & Conditions 

Please be aware that your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. 

If You Are Unable to Attend the Date Booked 

Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a training session on the date booked and we will transfer your booking to the next available date. 

If You Wish to Cancel Your Booking 

Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your Training session. This will allow us to offer the training slot to other clients. The training session can be rearranged or a full refund can be made if the training is no longer required.

Our Right to Cancel 

Applications in Cadd Ltd reserve the right to cancel any training session if it becomes necessary to do so.  In the unlikely event of this happening, you will be contacted straight away and advised of alternative dates. 

Applications in Cadd Ltd shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the customer as a result of Applications in Cadd Ltd cancelling a Training session.  If you decide to withdraw your booking a full refund will be made in this instance.
