Editing The Position Of Annotation Relative To The Point

The following options and tools are available in the Model view for editing the location of annotation in a Survey Model, relative to the point it's attached to.

For each of the types of annotation, the justification of the annotation can be specifically set.  Or via the Indicate option available for each type (when selected), the annotation will follow the mouse about the point as it is moved until the mouse is clicked again.  Click the point once, then move the cursor to switch the justification to the appropriate position based on the mouse.
