Images taken during the Survey and stored on the logger (and subsequently downloaded and left next to the logger file, or in an Images folder next to the file) can be plotted on screen via the "Point Images" tools under the Point Menu\Tab in a model.
Any point with an attached image can be seen by enabling the Photos option via either the toolbar Camera icon. Or the display option of the same name in the Ribbon Bar user interface. When enabled any point with an image attached will have a small marker attached to the point.
To begin attaching an image to a point select the Place option from the Point Images section under the Point Menu\Tab. Then click the point that has an image to be placed. A dialog similar to that below will then be displayed.
From here you can define all the properties of the Cad detail that is about to be generated, including a the title to be plotted next to the image.
The image itself can be placed inside a user sketched rectangle. Or, to keep things consistent, in a box of a given size when plotted at the current scale.
When all the options have been set accordingly, press OK and locate the image on the model in a suitable place.
When plotted the image can be removed via the Delete command, or relocated via the Move command which will also re align the arrow.
As long as the images are less than or equal to 2000x2000 pixels which is a limitation placed on OLE images by AutoCAD. Then the images will be embedded into the DWG when exported so that the image files do not need to be sent along with the drawing as well.
