Virtual Machine Detected - Error Fix

Following an n4ce installation or n4ce licence activation, an error message stating a Virtual Machine has been detected may appear.

This is caused by the licencing drivers assuming Windows is being used on a MAC (Virtual Machine).

To resolve this, follow the steps below...

Click on DOW0003347 to download the file:

Scroll to the bottom of the T's & C's and click ACCEPT

Once the file has been downloaded, please Run and install it.

n4ce should then operate correctly
