Occasionally, you may receive a pop-up error box, stating E0003 -SuperPro Key not found.
This error is usually caused by a software licence NOT being selected, incorrect n4ce Version Control Settings or a USB dongle that needs a security update.
The instructions below detail the common fixes that should clear the E0003 -SuperPro Key not found error.
Software Licences:
Please make sure you have selected your licence for use in the n4ce Licence Manager.
Open the n4ce Licence Manager and go to the Licences (Software KEYs) tab.
DOUBLE-CLICK on the licence you wish to use.
n4ce version Control: v4.30a and above
This may have been altered when the latest n4ce version was installed.
If using a standalone USB dongle, you need to select the top option Standalone USB Licencing and ensure the USB dongle is plugged in when making any changes.
If you are using a Network Dongle plugged into the Server, the middle option Network USB Licencing must be selected. Ensure the USB dongle is plugged into the server before making any changes.
If you are using a single or networked Software Licence, you must have the bottom option, Software Licencing selected.
Open the n4ce Licence Manager, go to the 2nd tab n4ce UI Mode & Licencing and select the relevant option.
You can also select which n4ce User Interface you prefer to use in this tab, by making a selection in the Set User Interface section, after you have selected your Licence Mode.
n4ce version Control: v4.30 and below
If using a standalone USB dongle, you need to ensure the top option Standalone USB Licencing is selected and make sure the USB dongle is plugged in when making any changes.
If you are using a Network Dongle plugged into the Server, the middle option Network USB Licencing must be selected. Ensure the USB dongle is plugged into the server before making any changes.
If you are using a single or networked Software Licence, you must have the bottom option, Software Licencing selected.

Dongle re-programming:
If using an n4ce USB Dongle, you may need to reprogram the dongle with the latest security updates.
