Observations - Hz Angle/Vt Angle Column Right Click Menu

Some of the options on this right click menu are duplicated with the Code column.  Listed below however are those items unique to the Hz Angle column.

• Offset: Adds\Subtracts a value from the selected readings in dd.mmss
• Mirror: Mirrors the selected observations. e.g 350deg becomes 10deg. (Hz Angle column only)
• Flip face: Converts the observation to the opposite face.
