Observations - Slope Distance Column Right Click Menu

Some of the options on this right click menu are duplicated with the Code column.  Listed below however are those items unique to the Slope Distance column.

• Offset: Adds/Subtracts a given distance to the selected slope distances.
• Multiply: Multiples selected slope distances by a given factor.
