Transform - Scaling Points

The Scale options allow you to scale selected points about a user-defined origin.

The Scale by Pick Mode option allows you to scale points using the pick mode.  You will then be asked to indicate the origin about which the scaling is to take place using the mouse cursor and then to enter a scale factor in a simple dialog box.  You will then be asked to indicate points, sketch rectangles or confirm a list operation.

The Scale All option scales all the points in the model about the indicated origin regardless of the current pick mode.  In this option, anything in the dedicated CAD model associated with the current ground model will also be scaled about the origin.  Note that you can exclude the scaling of elements in the dedicated backcloth by turning the appropriate layers off or by overriding CAD in the layer overrides.
