How to import Autocad layers into n4ce

This article is going to explain how to import Autocad layers into n4ce. 

1. Start by importing your required data into n4ce. This can be done by dragging and dropping a file or selecting File > Import. A new window will appear, ensure you have entered the correct units and scale before proceeding. Now press OK.

2. Next, open the CAD model and press ALT + F8 to open the CAD Layer status window. 

3. Select all of the layers you require. Once complete press "To Project" located at the bottom of the dialog. You will need to press OK to the new window however this can sometimes be difficult depending on the number of layers selected. If this is an issue press Enter on your keyboard.

4. Now close the CAD model and go to Settings\Layers in the Project Manager. You should now see all the layers you previously selected. Press Save so they're available next time.
