If the Licencing service is not correctly installed, this will repair the service getting around most issues involved.
1. Go to the software Licence manager folder. C Drive > Program Files > Application In Cadd > n4ce 4.20 > Program > Licence Manager.
2. Next click on File > Open Windows PowerShell. A blue PowerShell Window should appear.
3. Now type (haspdinst) and then press TAB (.\haspdinst.exe). After this, you can use the commands from the previous file to choose the process.
4. The most common command that will be used to clear a users PC for a fresh install will be
.\haspdinst.exe -r -kp to remove and kill the process.
.\haspdinst.exe -i to install the service again.
